Feeling great, then daughter told me I had angry eyebrows. I was referred to him by friends in Michigan. I flew in, and arranged for a consultation. Karen did my botox, she injected my forehead. A week after the procedure my forehead looks amazing. I do not have one single line across my forehead and am unable to move it(per my request) This was the first time I had her do my botox, usually I have Dr. Awada do it. Karen is a very skilled PA and would highly recommend her!
Worst Doctor and staff they are very rude and judgmental had a horrible experience. The staff treats you like your below them and they take no accountability for their actions. There are too many good doctors then dealing with this one
